The product itself is great. Its simple to install. The let down is the software ( the App) the app does not have enough features. For example the schedule is very limited. You can only program 4 times zones in a 24 hour period so you’re adjusting the temperature manually constantly.

I used it at my car wash a small garage heater that I have inside the pump room. It’s a forced air little 50,000 BTU heater Mr. Heater . Thermostat works great. It was easy to set up so far no problems.. I’m able to control everything and see the temperature from my telephone at my house.

I was having problems with the heater running too long and then off for too long. The system has helped me identify some of the problems by providing charts of what the house is doing wherever I put the remote thermostat. I have much better control of the heat in my home. I looked for a long time for a remote thermostat for my house before I found this one. The system could be much better than what it is but I am so happy that they made this very affordable system, it is much better than what I had. UPDATE the thing is two days over Amazon 30 day return window and it will not turn on my furnace. WOW UPDATE: After consulting with there operations for several days and checking things, they finally sent me a new thermostat I installed it and checked it and it works but it is too late to use it until fall because i do not have central air.

The instructions to install this thermostat are very easy to use through the app as it walks you through the process step by step. After completing the installation, my system was running the heat on both cooling and heating settings. The app has several items to try in the ‘advanced’ settings but that didn’t solve my issue. I called customer service which didn’t answer initially but called me back in about 10 minutes. Janine was great helping out! I emailed her pictures of my wiring and the inside panel of my HVAC to which she collaborated with their engineers. They looked at the wiring schematic picture that I sent them and determined that even though I followed the directions correctly, the thermostat needed one wire moved to a different position to run the system. Simple as that, the thermostat is up and running!I haven’t gotten through all the features in the app yet but it seems pretty straight forward.It’s really nice to run across a company that knows how to work with and treat their customers well! I hope that this doesn’t change for Degrii as I’m sure their products are going to start flying off the shelf at the price-point they currently have. (I paid $58 for this Smart thermostat, which is about half of what every other Smart thermostat costs.)

The Degrii thermostat offers full smart thermostat functionality and can be controlled from the app on your phone and Alexa or Google smart home devices. It was easy to install and worked right away. I contacted support to get some technical information I needed for my network setup and they were very responsive and helpful. The display looks great but some symbols are not obvious without looking at the manual. I took one star off because it can be confusing to use the controls on the thermostat itself. I would definitely buy this again if needed.
