I was doing push-ups on my own @ home and thought to buy this on a whim. This serves as a mini home gym for sure! I thought my form was good but could use improvement but upon using this push up board I learned my form wasn’t great. The board definitely emphasizes good form and focuses on 4 different muscle groups (chest/back/shoulders/ arms) which correlate to a different color.The board came with 3 sets of resistance bands and pilates bars/wheels as well. Self explanatory to setup. Incredibly compact so you could travel with it!I’ve owned the board for a bit now and it’s very sturdy and well built. I’m 230lbs and it supports me with no issues. I would highly recommend this as a not only a pushup board but as a mini home “gym” on a budget.

this is definitely worth every dollar. $40 and u can workout your hamstrings, chests, calves, arms, buttocks, abs, and way more. millions of workouts you can do with this. it comes with so much. its super easy to travel with. easy to assemble. good quality. its perfect. if you are thinking of buying it, buy it. the price, quality, and quanity is definitely better than all the other pushup boards you see on amazon. this brand did their thing fs. go cop rn !!

Extremely versatile, I can take it wherever I go! Super compact and portable, I was thinking I can just do push ups at home, but this does make a difference, the bottom of the board is super grippy and doesn’t even budge/slip, elastic bands give a good pump on my biceps, the board really targets specific muscle groups. The ab roller is killer, it’s all in one, absolutely perfect for the price.
