Very friendly and helpful.I recently purchased the foopoo exercise bike as a Prime Day deal. So far I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend the bike based on the following…~Arrived extremely fast.~Packaged so well that even with rough deliveries it should be undamaged. Also everything was labeled on the packaging so you didn’t accidentally miss any pieces.~Easy to assemble. The instructions were so clearly written making assembly easy and straightforward. All tools needed were included. Took me just under an hour to assemble by myself.-Overall great bike. Looks nice, rides smoothly, quietly and feels solid. It is very adjustable-seat moves from back to front and up/down; handle bars move up/down. There are adjustments on the base to make bike level on floor. Great range of resistance levels.~So many accessories-towel holder, phone holder, water bottle holder, calf stretcher and wheels on the front make moving it very easy. The lcd monitor is a little flimsy but does its job. The seat is of high quality, way beyond a basic model which I was expecting.So far, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase. Can’t beat the quality for the price-even if I paid full price I’d be happy.

   I’m so glad I bought this static bicycle! It’s been a game-changer for my fitness routine. The bike is sturdy, easy to assemble, and comfortable to use. I’ve been using it for some months and have already seen improvements in my leg strength and cardiovascular endurance. The bike is also surprisingly quiet and compact, making it perfect for home use. I’ve had no issues with the bike so far, and the customer service team has been responsive and helpful. The only thing that I change is the seat that is a little uncomfortable.Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and effective static bicycle.”

   I searched for a good indoor cycle to beat the heat and save the time from going to gym and do some exercise at home. I researched through some of the cycles, but many had been reported with issues or the design was not good. This is the only indoor cycle that looked reasonable. Though I was not expecting high quality from it, to my surprise it turned out to be great. The quality is awesome, it holds intact even after 1 week of rough use, I don’t see any loosen parts so far, also it’s comfortable to use at one stretch. Also it’s easy to assemble it took me an hour so one person can fix it in max an hour and half but doesn’t take more than that. Also the colors look cool , I took the black and light green color and it looks erfectly fits into our living room, without occupying much space and looks attractive too.But I wish the seat was a little large so that it would be comfortable for a larger person. That’s the only complaint I have.Over all I would definitely recommend this product for the price point and quality.

   I’ve had this bike for 5 months and very happy with it, no issues at all, I’m using it 2-3 times a week! It is very stable and was easy to assemble. I’ve tried more expensive bikes before and I don’t see a difference in quality with pooboo, this is a great bike with great price! I’m 5’4, 110 lbs and this bike fits me great. I love the turquoise color and that it has a stretching pad for calves – very useful! The bike is absolutely quiet and takes very little space, easy to move around the house as well – it has special little wheels at the front for that. Customer service is very responsive. I saw some reviews mentioning seat – I’m very happy with the seat, it is a normal bike seat, good quality – the seat is not supposed to be “soft”, it is not a couch:) So no problems with the seat for me. Highly recommend and I would buy from this company again!

   I got this bike to add to my little personal gym in the basement and I’m loving it so far. It’s quiet, easy to use, it doesn’t take up a ton of space but is sturdy. Adding this to my routine has been a game changer, it definitely worth it. If you’re looking to buy I would suggest this one. Also putting it together was easier than I thought it would be. 10/10.

   Pros:Es muy bonita, cómoda y se ve la calidad de sus materiales.Llevo un mes utilizándola dos horas al día y para nada me lastima el asiento, lo normal de cualquier bicicleta. Es muy silenciosa, como a las 3 semanas rechinó un poco pero ajuste nuevamente los tornillos y listo.Hasta el momento la pantalla sirve muy bien, y no he tenido ningún problema con la batería.Las llantas que trae me ayudan a moverla con facilidad.Tiene muchos ajustes para personalizarla a tu gusto.Me encanta que tenga control para la intensidad, es muy funcional para el entrenamiento.Contras:Es pesada, considéralo si vives en departamentos por que subirla es algo complicado pero posible.Es un poco complicado entender el manual, pero en YouTube hay videos que te pueden ayudar.No creo que sea cómoda para personas muy altas.La entrega demoró más de dos semanas y mi pantalla venía un poco golpeada.
