This is useful to get some movement for the elder. It’s very quiet. I like the manual mode that you can adjust the speed and direction.

This machine Makes exercising at home easier. I had an exercise bike that was difficult to use.with this machine I get the exercise I need. I wasn’t getting exercise after the pandemic, so I’m using this machine for that purpose. It’s definitely helped me strengthen my legs.The machine makes it easier, but I still benefit from the exercise.

I spend most of my day sitting with my WFH job and this has helped me keep my legs moving when I don’t have much of a choice! It’s very quiet and easy to operate. Sometimes I do one of the programs or just set it to speed 3 and I forget I’m even using it. In terms of a workout, my thighs have been a little sore, although I wouldn’t call it a workout. It helps keep my ankles from swelling and it’s worth it to me!
Initial thoughts after couple of days are good. Machine is very quiet and smooth at all speeds. –
Remote is small, tough to see.

Did not like the quality of where feet are placed. Next model up in price has what looks like appropriate place to put feet. Receiving a modification at maker’s expense would be acceptable.
