The under desk elliptical was even better than I had hoped. I like that you can use either the programed mode or pick the speed that is right for you. It worked out great to use after my vein surgery. I didn’t have to go out in the heat to get my walking in. I used the machine mostly and walked in the house. It keeps the blood flowing and really gives your full leg a workout. And you can use it several times a day on different settings as needed. I wish I had known about these machines sooner!

No assembly right out of the box. Just add batteries not included . Machine is quiet and user friendly with the remote control. Used it for the first time and you could feel the areas in your legs that needs working out . I tried a Manuel foot exercise machine but the motorized foot exercise is awesome.

I recently broke my ankle so this is perfect to rehab with it’s lightweight and can easily be used while watching TV or just sitting relaxing just take it out of the package and you plug it in and use it it’s perfect.It’s easy on my ankle yet strengthening.

Bought this for my wife as she wasn’t able to use our exercise bike any more. She loves it she can use it sitting in her favorite chair it’s quiet and has many different programs to use. Its low impact so it does not hurt her knee joints.
