    Pro: very quiet, well priced (on special at $149), remote control, storage of compartment, manual adjustable speed and direction, fully assembled, not too heavyCon: wished it was adjustable for height of the elliptical motion to bring up the knees moreI took bought this for an elder who doesn’t have PT anymore. This is useful to get some movement for the elder. It’s very quiet. I like the manual mode that you can adjust the speed and direction.

    This machine Makes exercising at home easier. I had an exercise bike that was difficult to use.with this machine I get the exercise I need. I wasn’t getting exercise after the pandemic, so I’m using this machine for that purpose. It’s definitely helped me strengthen my legs.The machine makes it easier, but I still benefit from the exercise.

    Love this I can just sit and watch TV and it does all the work for you . Feel so energized after my workout.

    I spend most of my day sitting with my WFH job and this has helped me keep my legs moving when I don’t have much of a choice! It’s very quiet and easy to operate. Sometimes I do one of the programs or just set it to speed 3 and I forget I’m even using it. In terms of a workout, my thighs have been a little sore, although I wouldn’t call it a workout. It helps keep my ankles from swelling and it’s worth it to me!

    Did not like the quality of where feet are placed. Next model up in price has what looks like appropriate place to put feet. Receiving a modification at maker’s expense would be acceptable.

    Bought this for my elderly mother who is living with neuropathy and MS and she is having more success using this machine verses the manual type.
