I am 65, with arthritis and back problems. I have a bone on bone left knee and a bone on bone right ankle and also have a radial head replacement on my right arm, that cause me a lot of discomfort. Due to these issues I am unable to exercise or even take walks, so I decided to try a rebounder. I just started using it today, it is magnificent! I could feel it working the muscles in my feet, ankles, calves, thighs, hips and derriere. And the best part about it was no pain ! Not only do I feel it working right away, BUT IT’S FUN! It doesn’t even feel like exercising. I like the fact that it folds up for storage because I am in a one-bedroom apartment. Like I said I’ve had it a day and I love it! I’ve had exercise bikes and other exercise equipment and always felt it was just so boring and so blah. But with this in front of my TV it’s actually motivating and fun! I wish I would have known about rebounders a long time ago. Also I am a very heavy set person and this rebounder holds my weight very well and without any issues. I did buy the warranty for repair just in case, due to the fact that I am on the heavy side. Also this rebounder comes with 2 handheld resistant Bungie’s that you can use or just tuck under the rebounder. The balance bar is a total must for someone my age and clumsiness, not to mention that I am low vision! I am over the moon with this purchase. I would advise anybody who hates exercising to purchase one of these, because it is loads of fun. You don’t even think you’re exercising although you do feel it! The price was awesome. I received the package on my front porch the next day! My niece put it together for me because I am low vision and it was easy and simple to put together. She said the instructions were awesome and her seven-year-old son loves that I have a little trampoline in my house! Love this product so far, love everything about it. And I think that this rebounder is going to help me love my life more by helping my arthritis and my inactivity. This product is not a flimsy cheap piece of equipment! It is made to last! It was packaged well and there were no missing pieces nothing done scraped scratched. It came with extra pieces so if you need to replace anything you have spare parts. I could go on and on about this product I am totally in love! Christmas is coming get your parents, grandparents, teenagers and super cool fun and healthy gift!

I needed something small since I live in a 400 sqft studio apartment. It could almost be a bit smaller than this, but I don’t think they come smaller. Either way, it works. I don’t have the bar attached since I don’t need it right now, but I thought it would be good to have if needed in the future. It is very quiet due to the bungee cords, which is important since I have someone living under me, and I like to work out at 5 am. It feels sturdy. Without the handle attached, I can simply lean it up against the wall in my walk-in closet. It is light enough where I can easily move it around. With regard to putting it together. It took no time at all and if you have some upper body strength, this shouldn’t be a problem at all. I am an almost 60 year old female. Granted, I lift weights regularly, but still, unless you are super weak, this is very easy to put together. Very happy with it.

this was a little intimidating to put together but i did it by myself , i reccommend recruiting a hand but i didnt want to wait so i did it , just read the directions thoroughly, make sure all parts are there before starting , lay eveything out in close reach and get started ,,,,took me a few times to understand a couple steps but i got it all set up in under an hour …been fun jumpin on it since !!!!so far its great quality,,,,worth the money and it did come already with most bungees assembled , that was awesome. no problems since !!!! a bit tough to open initially but not impossible you need a heavy furniture or someone to stand on one end while openeing…. i used a heavy recliner haha…its good for kids or larger adults so im happy it is universal for our house not just for one person but all can enjoy it :))))))))))) safe no metal springs i like the bungees. and handrail is great

This is a great rebounder especially considering the price. It was easy to put together and my friends who paid $400 for theirs want this one. I’m a soft-bounce 76 year old lady, so I am not sure how happy the rhumba fans would rate it, but for daily home use while gazing off into the mountains it is great!

Purchased this in May of 2024, it is now September of 2024. One of the bungees has snapped and many others are fraying. The users of this rebounder are well below the weight limit and are not doing anything wild, just rebounding. The plastic pieces holding the bungees seem to be what is fraying them! I’m super disappointed in the purchase and encourage anyone who has bought this to check the state of the rebounder before every use!! It’s dangerous

It’s a solid trampoline that is a good fun workout. My biggest issue is that it is not really foldable. Meaning if I want to fold it to store it in between workouts I have to completely disassemble it to the state it was in straight out of the box. This is a massive pain. Either I have to spend a half hour assembling and disassembling it EVERY time or I let it take up a fourth of my room. Shouldn’t be advertised as space saving.

A great investment for health and absolutely a great workout
I was looking for a mini trampoline to purchase and so I did but it was small and didn’t have the stability bar. I returned it immediately and purchased this ANCHEER 40” mini trampoline.Boy was I glad I did!!Even with my dominant hand in a cast I was able to assemble with ease.My 6’2” 300 lb husband watched me 😂I’m 52 and get dizzy very easily and this mini trampoline has given me everything I needed.I get the most amazing workout and I feel safe and dizziness is no longer a concern.I’d highly recommend this product as its well made, very sturdy and I can fold it up and take it to the cottage next summer.Yes the bar can make some noise but if you pull back on it slightly it doesn’t.Yes the trampoline makes noise because of the springs but it’s so minimal and when I play my music I focus on that to give me longer workouts because trust me it’s an amazing and exhausting well worth it workout!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND and even my husband can enjoy ❤️

Das Trampolin an sich ist super. Nur die Stange ist sehr wackelig und recht tief, so dass ich sie nie einsetze.Für den Preis ist das Trampolin aber absolut zu empfehlen (wenn man nicht unbedingt eine Stange möchte).Update: Nach nur 1,5 Jahren ist es gerissen, obwohl ich mein Gewicht weit unter der Maximalbelastung liegt. Der Verkäufer reagiert nicht.
